Guys I have bought a Micromax 40 inched LED Tv priced 23900 on a big sale day on citi bank credit card for 3 months EMI with 2 thousand cash back.
And I have done with 1 EMI also later they have cancelled the EMI by themselves with out my knowledge and giving silly reasons saying that they are not responsible.
After that when I have written my reviews on Facebook they come back and told me that from their end it is not possible to convert the amount in to EMI so they asked me to call citi bank and asked to convert the rest of the amount in to EMI as flipkart will pay the intrest extra charges. all these conversation happened in mail so I called citi bank and asked to convert.
Finally they did it for 6 months as that is the minimum period for conversion with extra charges of 1505.
Now I received this month statement when I asked the flipkart guys to refund the extra charges they came back with their older answer saying we are not responsible.
Guys don’t believe and don’t do any purchases.
