I am so disappointed today. My friends told me not to order any thing from flipkart but I thought of giving one chance to flipkart and I regret they were wright I shouldn’t have ordered product from snap deal its the worst online portal.
Only cares about the income and output who is ordering what is he ordering your people don’t care and pay attention to it. Just have to finish the delivery with in SLA
I ordered for Sky blue bag I got navy blue. I was not expecting it to be a damaged.
Its not only just damaged quality of bag is so local never thought of such product to be displayed on flipkart.Guy from courier company called me 13:11 I called back. as I was in meeting 13:37.
Only thing I liked about flipkart is its Photo Shop work Great job guys good way of making fool out of customers not many customers will return or apply for refund but m not one of those I now the way of escalating the thing. I orders new bag from different portal and I have to pay 350 extra for instant delivery only because of flipkart.
I want the pickup to be done ASAP spoke with call center people n no of time they said we will call back one calls back if is not picked by today I may have to go to the legal Authorities.
