As an online shopper, I think everybody now a days is moving towards online shopping websites.

As for now I had many problems in the things I have purchased like defective mobile phone, or not able to deliver products in one day as per their one day delivery guarantee but all of these has been sorted out when I raised the problems Like quick replacements I even get a product replaced 2 times and refunded on many other products as I didnt like them, For one day guarantee failure they refunded the amount with some consolation amount added in that so instead of 90 rs I got 200rs .There was some hassle in talking out with customer care representatives, but it is truely a matter of how you present your problem to the other party .
Some would give negative review or even say that this website is not good enough but is just a matter of personal exp. you will never know how it is until you buy. so I will highly recommend you to buy from this website .
As for Big electroics items like, TV, AC, or Washing Machine I recommend you to check the local market first for these .

NOTE: One thing I forget to tell, some people on flipkart got problems just because they didnt check out who the seller of the product is, Flipkart is mere a website from where you can buy from thousands of sellers so before buying check out the seller and its rating . For starters I can recommend WS Retail as this is owned by the flipkart itself and has a policy of 30 day replacement .
