This is second time, that I’ve purchased through Flipkart, and have received a pathetic customer service from W.s Retail.
I had earlier ordered a Motorola Second Gen Handset, from Flipkart, which was delivered to me in 3-4 Business Days, however, when I ordered this printer on 17th of this month, I literally received this product on 27th.
And that too from some third party courier service, without the Duffle Bag, which was supposed to be provided along, I had called Multiple times, requesting to get this product delivered Sooner, as had considered the printer will be received in 3-4 business days, and can present it to a family member for Diwali, however.
I was only given a Run Around by the domestic level, Call Center Guys, who have a real pathetic accent, and make the customer wait, for 40 minutes, if asked for ESCALATION, and the Team Leader, only gives Jazz, regarding delivery of the product, I was going to put an order for Dell All in One, which cost around 40K, with 3 Yrs of Warranty, and along with gift Voucher for 8K, which was not available with Flipkart, Thank God, I ordered the DELL All in One, from a Dell Store, and not from Flipkart, I will not Recommend Flipkart, to any of my friends, It was a Disgusting Experience. I Thank Flipkart.com, for their pathetic disgusting service, which saved my 40K.
