I was cheated by their seller called COST TO COST ONLINE, moghalpura, charminar, hyderabad. he supplied a duplicate royal mirage perfume, I was able to recognize it immediately as duplicate. I am a regular user of this perfume and I can recognize its smell and bottle very easily. the original bottle’s cap will be firmly fits to it and will not be loose, the duplicate bottle colour will be slightly different from an original one and also there will be some codes written on its bottom for the original bottle, u can barely identify wether it is original or duplicate as soon as u open the cap by smelling it without spraying ( if u have already used an original product) . at first flipkart chat team agreed to refund my money and take the product back, and also I have got a sms and an email as the return was sheduled today! but it wasn’t done. later when I have contacted them, their another executive asked me to tell the whole story again, how I spotted the duplicate and whats the difference between the duplicate and the original. later they said sorry as usual by saying the seller was unable to accept the return request and requested me to forget my money as it was a non-returnable item and will baby-sit that seller and promised me that they will request the seller to dont repeat this again and dont steal the customers money that fast and delibrately. I was a customer to the flipkart from the past 8 years and bought many things, apart from that they have forgotten my contribution and support. very bad experience ever! I am going to forget my lost money along with this so called flipkart which was turned into a * CHEATKART* for me. never buy any non-returnable item by trusting them, as they are wantedly selling sub-standard cheap quality and non working items, their motto is to grow in the market in any way wether by cheating or by looting their customers, bad bad bad experience ever. never buy any thing from flipkart and dont regret later just like me, they dont have loyalty ethics moral values or honesty! my grievance is not that I lost my money but they didn’t cared my agony as I was cheated by their seller! after listening to all my conversation they agreed to refund and later told me a simple sorry. they dont post our honest reviews except their favoured and praised ones unlike any other e-commerce websites! I had posted a review regarding the duplicate product which was received by me and explained to users how to spot a duplicate perfume bottle as I am a regular user of this particular brand from 6 years, they haven’t published my review, so that they can cheat more and more customers! my advise is, never buy any perfume online particularly from flipkart and from any third party sellers. they are notorious in this category, RIP flipkart and their cheat sellers.
