This was my first time buying an item from Flipkart, so I purchased one of the cheapest product I needed from the online store(as u claim it) but by far the worst experience of my life with shopping. First time when the product arrived it never worked and later when I called the customer care they said they will call me back within 24 hours but they never did only to realize they had already shipped a replacement. Just when I was happy about finally opening the replaced laptop cooler pad it turned to be with a BROKEN frame .....
Such is the service that when I called back Flipkart they told me that they cant send me a new one as it is already replaced but will give me a store credit !! do hell with that was my reply and a refund is promised now. No matter what hype they create with being the best, in actual it turned out to give the worst customer service experience.
I’m not sure about other online stores but I’m never going to go with Flipkart anymore.
