BAD AND SLOW SERVICE, I AM TOTALLY FED UP

I want to share a very bad experience with Flipkart Escalation of Flipkart Order ID - OD40819096584


I have two times interaction with Email with Incident ID 141111-069662 &141114-039915 but could not get any response at your end.  and finally force to write on facebook.


Case History:- I purchased this product under SBI cash back offer. but I have not received my cash back till now. actually I wanted to buy two product on that day, one is LCD and one is mobile. by mistake I ordered wrong LCD so had to cancel that and taken amount in wallet and purchased this mobile with wallet money but my credit card transaction was not cancelled.


I purchased LCD from my friend account. So confirmed the same with customer care of flipkart.


I am going to raise a case in customer forum against flipkart.


SO BAD AND SLOW SERVICE, I AM TOTALLY FED UP
