I had bought a JSB DELUXE SWING WALKER for my parents the product still has more than five months of warranty left, it started to malfunction and when I contacted the manufacturer about what am I supposed to do next, even after several request I never got any reply which indicates the manufacturer has no after sales service in case of faulty product.
Then I went to FLIPKART site and wrote a review based on my experience after some days I get a letter stating that I cannot write negative review, since it is not favorable for the product (they cant dupe more customers) when I mentioned my plight in the next email they removed my review and are only willing to highlight positive reviews.
This happened after being a regular customer on their portal so my advice "AVOID FLIPKART & JSB HEALTHCARE OR REGRET LATER."
