I don’t know how ot becomes the India’s best shopping site. But according to my experience it is very dull, lazy and bad site for shopping. I had ordered many things from this site on this trust that it’s a good site but I was wrong, it is one of the bad sites.
Whenever I order something from this site, I got a delivery date of 10 days after my order, which is to late fpr delivery of product. It is headache and frustrating for waiting for your product for many days. And another bad thing about this site is that it is having quality issue. Ones I had ordered a trimmer from this site and that was made up of so cheap quality that body was feeling very bad in hands and even it was not working properly. It was giving me lots of problems. Then Ithought to return it. According to there terms and conditions we can return our product within 10 days, but when I call them instantly after one day of order, they refused to return it. Insted of returning it they started givomg me ideas that do this or this to resolve your problem and my money gone waste. Not only this, there are lots of other problem from this site, like colour issue for the product and not returning money and not attending calls on time by saying that our call center is busy.
So I will prefer all of you to do not use this site, it is very frustrating. There are also other sites which you can use. Other wise flipkart will waste your money.
