We all know about flipkart.King of Indian Ecommerce.I am regular user of flipkart also trust me in these 5years I have placed more than 500orders.Some reasons behind choose to buy from flipkart.
Most of products firstly launched on flipkart.Even before on brand store.
MI, Lenovo, LeEco, Moto and even iphone 7 also lauched on flipkart first and etc.ohh yes.
We all know thier two majer sellers WS Retail and Omni tech Retail.Most of product, people get from these seller.
So lets talk about what exactly quality about Custumer Service, Return/Exchange process.
So here is my answer.Pooooooooor
Even very poor.Why Iam saying this?
So here is story and conclusion:
First of all you all you know that Return policy has been changed.You can only replaced electo produts.Or return it( but believe me not easy) .

I got this order but product was not good what expected.
As you can see my rating for this product.So I dont want to make a big passage for this.
Well, okay
Talk about flipkart service.I placed a return request and got message ’product will ne picked up today’.
First day passed, second day.same message, third day same mesaage.No pick up
I got a call from flipkart.They made me frustrated when they asked for reason to return.Made a discussion then I disconnect the call.And said, F* ck you.
I said enough.Emailed them and called them.
The way they talked like that seemed they are doing a favour to me.I told them I dont want any replacement just return it.I ll buy philips’s product.
But seriously man, they ended this matter without my permission.
10days drama countinued.I gave up.
And said, Never buy any electro from flipkart.
Seriously, Pathetic service.
Not much about amazon.in but I purchased a conon DSLR worth of 24000Rs and believe me I just made a return request.picked up same day.No discussion.Amazon is amazing everyone knows.
