I was aware of this website for long however always thought it waz a good site to order books.
Last month wen one of my friend needed a book on CCNA exam prep and I advised him of the same to try once. While he was browsing the site thru his work computer I realised that they have a variety of products available. He ordered a CCNA Study Guide Exam 640-802 (Paperback) by Todd Lammle
Priced @ Rs. 599 with a good discount offered by Flipkart.com @ Rs. 389.
3 days later he thanked me and appreciated the timely service from Flipkart.
It’s then I browsed through the site and planned to order for myself a product to check.

To start with I ordered a Nokia Wired Headset for my Nokia 5233 phone. The one’s that came along were not worth for a music freak. I placed the order for the Headset Nokia WH-205 on 8th June and made the payment online. The Expected Delivery promised was: Jun 11, 2011.
Should mention that they have all modes of Payment available like Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash on Delivery etc. ALSO any order above Rs.100 is free of delivery charges. Estimate Delivery of most products is 3-4 days.
I tracked my order yesterday for convenience and was glad that it had already reached Delhi (from their Banglaore facility). I was still comfortable that sooner or later it would be delivered by 11th June as assured.
To my surprise, this evening (10th June) Flipkart delivered my order at my doorstep.
It was nicely packed in a bubble wrap and soft cardboard packet. The actual product inside from Nokia was also tough to handle transportation jiggles.
As assured on the website my payment amount was 6% discounted on the MRP on the product. The product package date was also quite new (March 2011). I mentioned the 2nd point coz most Online Sellers give discounts on decommissioned/very old products only.
Overall I would not fail to give FK.com a 5 rating for their overall experience to me as an end user.
Their website is not cluttered with products/offers everywhere and it’s neatly designed.
Order process is simple and someone making online shopping for the first time can easily use it.
