Flipkart was the first e commerce website we all started trusting to buy stuffs. Back then the products were sold by the same authorized seller called Ekart. But now, flipkart has become like a market that has all kind of sellers. The same product is sold by different sellers for different price. The Shipping charges are just totally ridiculous. Even if I buy a total of 100 small products from multiple sellers, I still have to pay delivery charge for each product. This is where the website gets impractical to shop.
The quality of the products are always a gamble. Some sellers have constant good reviews and their products are worth it. whereas some are unclear with product descriptions and other details.
The delivery time is good. I personally have never faced a problem with the delivery time.
The customer service quality is decent enough that they sort any issues before you get angry! Or atleast in most of the cases, they do respond promptly.
The website and app are of’okay’ quality since the algorithm to search products is always a little confusing and messy.
The overall review ends up in Reliability which I would say is’MEDIUM’ and its fine as long as you shop from reliable sellers.
