On 8th feb I purchased a gift for my friend and it was showing that on 13 feb would be the tentative delivery date.
While ordering I gave my friends office address to whom I wanted to gift and that address is such prime address that even a blind human can reach by simply asking the address to any one.
The product I saw was good .price was good.payment system was good.
And now the worst thing happened .on 11th feb I received notification from flipkart that product would deliver today and I was quite happy. But till night she didn’t get the product and when I checked the status about delivery , there was showing that delivery attempted but couldn’t find the address.I was shocked , amazon can deliver, ebay can deliver, snapdeal, shopclues are able to deliver but flipkart is not even able to trace the provided address.
On next still product not delivered and the status was showing the same as previous day.Finally next day when I woke up I saw that my delivery is cancelled .
At that time I was very angry and called the flipkart and made complain.while this whole scean we didn’t get get any call from the courier service.so I don’t think that they had tried and this thing is happening 3rd time with me.
So in my opinion though flipkart is big name in indian online market but their mindless poor delivery service can embarrass any one at any time.
