Flipkart a online shipping website which is very popular now a days and which has been used by many of the customers giving a good response for the consumers but from an incident which has happened in my case and from that I lost even a bit value for flipkart .
Last month I ordered a Nike shoe on flipkart which was worth Rs 5000 and as per flipkart I got an discount and it cost me Rs 4300 as the result I ordered that and which was estimated to be delivered within 7-15 business days. As per the promise they delivered me in time and I was very happy to get the parcel but when I opened it made me to feel very bad as the shoe which was worth Rs 4300 was seen damaged. And I got really upset with flipkart . And I later contacted customer care and got to hear that it was not their mistake and the mistake at courier centre. And then I opted for the option which is available at the website as return package and successfully returned the package and got refund from flipkart .so I warn u once again the site may play with your mind by showing colour full things but dont go with their flow just think one more time before you order anything for the next time .
