I had ordered for a safe from Flipkart. Ordered item was different brand and the one delivered was different. Their e cart delivery boy refused to collect the return and now Flipkart refuses to address the issue. It has not given me an access to their customer service executive. Also they keep on postponing the discussion on the return process.Now understand, first they cheat you and then they have the gall to not provide any human support. Then they message you that the return process will be on the discretion of the seller.The first invoice shows a different brand while the second photo shows what they delivered.Pure case of cheating and unethical practice.
An edit ( 3/8/2025) : after a lot of headache and back and forth, finally Flipkart had the return product picked up and returned the money to the bank, though it is in process yet. Also had a meaningful conversation with their customer service executive. Glad to get my faith restored by this gesture.
