Bought a PHILIPS INDUCTION COOKTOP product some 4-5 months back via order no. OD40428058991 which developed some fault. Since the product carried a 1 year warranty I accordingly made a visit to Philips service with the said product but there I was shocked to hear that product is a "GREY PRODUCT" and does not have any serial number either on the product or mentioned on the bill provided by Flipkart(THE FAKE CART)
Since last 3 weeks I have been only receiving false assurances but nothing has been done till date.I request all fellow MouthShut members and buyers in general to beware of buying from FLIPKART(THE FAKECART) who have resorted to selling Grey Products on their website.
I’m also planning to escalate the same to Consumer Court if my grievance is not redressed.
