I had ordered two size 41 flats from Catwalk via Flipkart.com. Instead of sending size 41 they sent a size 39. The reason given by the technical staff is "Product was sold out". If the product was sold out why do you display it on the page? And how is that an excuse to send a smaller size? The technical staff’s response to this is "Sorry Mam, porduct was sold out!"
The same thing happened to a dress I had ordered. They billed me for it but cancelled my order saying "It’s out of stock". Again the response given to me was "Sorry Mam, porduct was sold out!" If it is sold out, Why on earth is it displayed on the website? This has been one of my worst experience ever.
