Your service seriously is getting bad with time. Ordered to Bangalore and its been 10 days at Bangalore Sort Facility....what a big joke is your services? And what do we say about your customer care services the update from them is what we see on the website no real time information.
Don’t keep an order related query (whereabouts of the delivery) on your customer services...just mention same as what you see on the website. When you do some commitment do try to stick to it...or else nowdays it is not a big issue for a customer to find a new online retail shop.
