Flipkart a big online shopping site which comes into market to race or compition with amazon is not providing a good exchange value on used phones.
This site is not providing exchange value on samsung or nokia phones.My old phone samsung trend 2 is not on exchange why? .It is also a smartphone but flipkart ignore these things.
Service is not good at last.I rest my word by saying that Competition is good but providing good service to users is also important.
