The only thing that they should improve is delivery charges which are sometimes very high for some products. Quality of products is best and my favorite about this site is that many times along with purchased books with flipkart advantage we receive nice bookmarks and books are received it best condition. The flipkart site is mobile friendly and loads fast on mobile devices. All the products which I have buyed are all in good condition and I am fully satisfied with service. Only should work on delivery charges. Overall best service.
