Yeah fellas u heard it right.,
if u wanna waste ur time n money den I think u r at the right place.,
I ordered a set of headphones from their so called "Time-Out Sale".,
after ordering they said estimated delivery date will be 5 days from den.,
I waited till d said date bt it never reached to me,
in their app they showed the status of my order is ready to be shipped even till the last date,
later in the evening I got a message saying that my order was cancelled n d reason dey said was the courier wasn’t able to reach my address, I was like what the HELL .
I do not live in village, I live in Mumbai city, nt even in any suburban area.,
when contacted to their customer care .guess what.no response.yeah
thank god I choose the payment mode as COD or else if I would hav done the advance payment(online or whtever), I guess I would hav to suffer for d refund too.
