I have made many purchases from flipkart all my orders were executed timely, the last time I wanted to exchange few items from my previous order and return few. The exchange happened as promised but the return is the matter of contention. I initiated a return on 1st august, I received a mail stating the return will happen with in 2 days on the same day i.e 1st august I also requested for a exchange. Two days after the delivery guy arrives, does the exchange but refuses to take 3 items which were requested for return.
I call the customer care and they tell me the pickup was not scheduled properly, apologized, promised to do it by the next day. I keep waiting the next day the guy never turns up, I call cc again, they give me the same old reason pick up not scheduled properly we regret the inconvenience, we promise to do it by tomorrow.
Next day no one comes, call cc again then they tell me something interesting. Sir the pickup is scheduled for tomorrow not today. I again wait the next day, but in vain I call cc request them to alleviate me from this unbearable torture. They say we understand sir, we assure you that it will be done tomorrow.
Furious over the kind of service provided I said I want to escalate the issue to higher authority, to my surprise they do not have a escalation mechanism.
Then I notice the do not even have a method to register complaints. Pissed of waiting 4-5 days and moronic service provided by flipkart i email them stating my problem expecting a different reply.

I have requested for a return for three items on 1st august, since then I have been waiting for the same. Yesterday when I called to know about the same I was told the return was not scheduled properly and I was assured it would be done today. Today I call again and I learn that the return has been scheduled for tomorrow and not today.
This is how good your post sales service is, it reflects the callous attitude towards you customers. And why not, what have you got to loose, you have the payment already isn’t it. This is utter ridiculous and criminal waste of my time. I want assurance that the return would be done tomorrow and please mail me a request/complaint number for future reference and also to avoid such pranks. Hope I will not be told again that the return is scheduled for tomorrow not TODAY.

ISN’T THIS REPLY LAUGHABLE!
Today is 7 august and I was pretty sure they are not going to come and this day I called cc in the morning itself, executive tells me since pickups were not being done properly by the rrajeev_vermactive staff they were all fired and they are running short on pick up boys!
My case was allegedly prioritized and I hope the tomorrow I have been waiting since past 6 days is tomorrow.
Final verdict: Flipkart for people who want to pass their time and for others criminal waste of time. I would like to mention that I requested a return yesterday on myntra and today I have the money in my myntra wallet.
