Worst ever delivery service in the world. First of all they delivered faulty product. Later when I asked for refund they stated it’s not refundable and instead offered replacement.
The replacement was supposed to be on 24th Jun. On 24th morning, it was rescheduled to 26th June. When I enquired about it they started that it will be delivered surely on 26 June on 26 June till 11 p.m.
I followed with up with them but the I didn’t receive that.
On 27th morning I again called them for follow up on why my order was not delivered so they said that it will be surely received on 30th June.
27th June evening I called the customer care officer again and she stated that they need to cancel this request and reschedule again. which I did not agreed with .
I insisted that they have to refund me if I did not get that order on 27th. After extensive followup in the evening, they started that the order has been scheduled to 30th June.
When I call them back the stated that they have to cancel it again. ??
It is very pathetic services from their side and I suggest that no one should buy from Flipkart.
Flipkart is a shameless, careless and insensitive shopping platform ??
