Hey There I want to share my personal experience about online shopping, I have odered so many products from Flipkart like phones, clothes and other gadgets and I have experienced that product quality is good but the choices you have done like colour of clothes Is not exactly what you get which is kind of cheat with customers but it happened very rarely with me but if we think about everyone out there it must have happened with everyone atleast once, coming to customer service they make you wait for a longer time by giving a reason ’we are receiving many calls’ and sometimes it irritates very much.
EMI is only available on credit cards which Is not helpful for everyone like youngsters who will not get credit card at the age of 18 or 19, if it will be available on debit cards then surely it will be very much helpful for everyone.
