I am not sure about rest of items but I will never suggest flipkart.com for atleast electronics. I needed a laptop for business purpose which was critical. I confirmed from flipkart.com that it is available before ordering online.
Since the time I placed the order, I am after them to get a status or to know in case of any delays but they have assured every time that item will be delivered definitely before the delivery date mentioned on site. When I called them on shipping date, they suddenly changed the status to process of fulfillment and delivery date to 8 business days but informed me that item will be shipped by 12 in the night.
When I called the next day, they told me there is a delay of 3-4 business days in shipping. After shipping, only courier services are responsible for any delay in delivery. So they have proved that they don’t care even if it is critical for customer and in the last minute I had to run in the market for the specific model. I would have tried in the market if they would have atleast given me a heads up.
They need 8-10 business days to transfer my cash back after I cancelled the order so don’t ever order items which costs more than 50000 through flipkart.com as they don’t have cash on delivery for such items.
