I ordered a grocery basket ?? of 21 (20+1) items and got 20(19+1) items instead of 21 what I paid for.. I called the delivery boy he confirmed that and asked to me raise a return request for that. Now i m raising the return request for that missing item .. Flipkart is refusing saying the product was delivered intact.. I have explained many times to the customer care guys .
I tried reaching out to Flipkart multiple times over next two days and every time I got only some false assurance with no resolution to my problem. They are so arrogant then even refused to post an adverse review I wrote on their customer review portal . I after paying for that item upfront I feel cheated.
