Flipkart is Worse Since Big Billion

I had a horrific experience with Flipkart. I had ordered a Sony TV and it was supposed to get delivered on 7th Oct but I have not received it yet. I made several calls to the flipkart customer care and they have no clue. On top of that, the person who is supposed to deliver is updating lies on the tacking site stating customer is not available. The delivery guy initial said his vehicle has a punctured tyre, then he said his shift is over, and later his phone was not available. Even after several escalation, flipkart response is we are checking and we will take more time as its a delicate product. I have been waiting for the product since 7th till date till night 10 pm as they had initial committed that they will deliver within that time.


My question is if they cant handle such huge orders and cant manage their resources then why organise such events and how can they have such third grade vendors for delivery who updates false information about customer on tracking sites. There is no co-ordination, no proper management and no focus on commitment from their part.


Worst service ever. Sad thing is they have no clue why the delay is happening and they are taking no actions to rectify it. They keep on saying, please wait another "24 hrs" and u will receive your product.
