In last two months, I ordered two items from Flipkart. I liked that they keep you posted on the status of the product via your login. They delivered by the date as it was promised. The packaging was also pretty good.
Both the items were dispatched by WS Retail.
First product - was a cosmetic item and it was well packed and new stock.
Second product - was a kitchen appliance. It was packed well but the product was slightly damaged. I requested a replacement of the same but they very frankly informed me that they dont have further stock. Hence, I opted for refund. They picked the item within 3 hours of complain which was during day time. Although their refund duration of 12 working days(for credit card transaction) was not satisfactory, I got refund in 6 working days.
I dont have a bad experience with them yet. I really appreciate quick action from their end in responding to my complaint.:)
