I booked moto g turbo from this website under in a day delivery service. But they didnt delivered on time. When I called their customar service they keep on telling you will get your phone before 9 pm but I didnt get it. Next day I had to catch my train in morning so it was not possible to get the phone next day. At the end I had to cancel the phone order.
What I didnt like is that they keep on telling that you will get before 9pm their is still time. If their is delay they should tell to the customer.
So I suggest them to maintain transparency.
One thing I also like to suggest to all e-commarce websites including flipcart is that you should allow the customar to see their product in front of delivery boy, you cannot sell a product only by showing product images.If it is allowed delivery boy didnt let us do that. You people should focus on this point also.
