I tried purchasing a Beetel mifi from flipkart and waited for delivery for more than 2 weeks. After which it turned out to be not in stock. later I went for another Mifi device from Alcatel which as per flip cart description works with all 3G operators. I bought it for Rs 4200. Issues I faced.
Product is not delivered on time. There will be a delay always. The actual pack inside seems as if it was a old used piece left in dust for years. The piece doesnt look new. Additionally, the device doesn’t work with all network operators. I am using Reliance 3G. It doesn’t work with that. Though the device is not defective. It works with Airtel. I tried to apply for return and I realized the return is applicable till the product is in shipment. Once delivered, it will be replaced only that too with many clauses. I tried calling up their 24X7 customer care as well but it never connects.
I would suggest them to learn from Amazon, if they ever want to excel in the world of online store.
