Flipkart is well known name in E-commerce selling millions of products. But generally they sell duplicate, fake products. You need to think twice before purchasing anything from Flipkart. Even my personal experience with them is not Good. I ordered Sony Headphones XB450 which was available on heavy discount, and the seller was Forever Shopping. I was lured with heavy discount and purchased it. But I was shocked when I received the parcel and they send me damaged and cheap looking LG headset. I followed up with customer care to replace them with my ordered Sony headset but they just send me mails that we are taking care and noting has been done by them. In the end when I lose hope I requested for refund and they immediately processed. It indicates that you have to keep cheap product and we will not replace with original Sony headsets.
From thereafter, Amazon is my first priority and Flipkart is the last one. The experience was very very bad. I will not recommend Flipkart to anyone. They have fake sellers who dispatch wrong and duplicate/fake products and they are not reliable. Customer support is pathetic.
