I have been purchasing from Flipkart for about four years and never had less than satisfying experience. My products reach on time and they can be tracked too. The exchanges have gone smoothly too.All I had to do was intimate them on their website and I got my exchange free of cost.
Recently, I pre-ordered a book and the price of the book was slashed after my order. Flipkart actually refunded the price difference. That’s awesome right?
