I always buy books for my daughter from flipkart.com. Books get delivered on time as mentioned by the website. Recently, I found some pages missing in a book. I complained regarding the same. I got an email saying that they would dispatch a fresh piece as soon as possible. Within a week or so, I got a replacement copy.
I would recommend it to all my contacts.
One thing, I would like if the website is little more user friendly in terms of search. It does not have many options to narrow down. Great experience so far and I’m a regular customer now !
