I have started experiencing the e-shopping through flipkart for the last 3 years from Lenova P780 handset to adult napkin last month. I am a very satisfied customer and would like to give full marks to their service and a wonderful feedback. When I purchased my Handset for myself and a friend, one of the piece has some complaint, immediately they send a person to collect the piece and a fresh piece replaced within a week. I hope its more reliable than any other shopping store and the price difference while comparing is also commendable.
