I must say that the customer service is not so well as they do not responds to your queries several times I dont know why. Flipkart should work on its customer services.

The delievery time is does varies place to place and since I have ordered from delhi and uttrakhand therefore I have been delievered the products within 7-8 days in uttrakhand and 1-2 days in delhi.
Both the app and site of this store is user friendly and concentrated.
