I ordered a lots of Products from Flipkart. Last time I ordered a mobile - Ikall K3310. When it was delivered I saw that the Mobile is not new. There was no seal in the box. I ordered Red colour mobile but they send me Blue colour mobile. The mobile I received looked like Old or used mobile. After that I contacted with Flipkart Customer service. They told me that Mobile will bw replaced 10 days. I claim for a full refund. But they didn’t here my views. a pick up was arranged by them after 8 day. Then I contacted with them and request for refund. At first they didn’t agree with me. But after my request they assured me to give me full refund within 7 days. After that I got Refund in 25th Day. What a bad service from Flipkart. I didn’t expect like this nonsense service from Flipkart.
