Flipkarts vision : - TO BE THE AMAZON OF INDIA
but flipkart is not even become the foot of amazon.
amazon is the most customer centric company of tge world( see my reveiw on amazon) .
I have making purchases from flipkart from last 6 months.: -
I observed the following things : -
timily delivery : - 70%
customer service : - 10% ( worst)
quality products : - 20%
price completion : -85%
refund / returns : - 1% ( note 1)
frauds : - 2 times in 40 orders ( empty parcel and no refund or replacement )
expired products : -3 times in 40 orders ( 2 times replacement possible)
.
note : - refund is almost not possible on items costing more than 2000 only replacement is possible.
replacement is very difficult for electronic it may inspect as like it was worth for crores.
refund is easily available only for items valuing upto 100rs.
