I purchased ASIAN brand shoes on Flipkart.com. First of all they sent the wrong color shoes to me which I asked them to replace. After 2 days of normal use, these shoes got ripped / damaged.
Because there was 30 days return policy on these shoes, I asked them for replacement or refund which they rejected saying it can not be replaced or refunded after the use.
What kind of policy it is, without using the shoes how I will come to know about the quality / genuineness of shoes. This kind of policy is made just to cheat the customers. Please avoid Flipkart.com or be careful before buying anything from there.
