I am really disappointed on quality check and delivery model of Flipkart. Refer Order ID - OD202025621962907100) for the product ’Fit Next Taiwan Ball Bearing Speed Skipping Rope’
First time I received wrong product so I requested for return/replacement. I replacement order got status was showing item packed for 7 days and then it got cancelled automatically. When I asked for the reason to customer support, they initiated the replacement process again.yesterday.
Finally I received my order but again wrong product. I don’t understand what Flipkart do on the name of quality check? Although amount of product is just 200 but if Flipkart cannot ensure the quality them it should say we cannot deliver rather then delivering wrong product again and again.
