Pathetic service! I ordered a watch on flipkart for my dad’s 50th birthday and I got a confirmation on mail as well as text than the product will be delivered to me with in 7 working days.
Just 2 days before my dad’s birthday and 4 days after confirming the order, flipkart suddenly cancelled my order. They just simply said that the product is unavailable and the are sorry. But the kind of situation they’ve left me is unpardonable.
I have only ordered from Flipkart in the past one year and their service was satisfactory but after this horrible experience I am never relying on Flipkart EVER!
