Truly, it’s the best e-commerce service now in india. I’m a regular customer of "FLIPKART". Till now I brought approximately 1, 00, 000 rupee’s product from them.
First of all I noticed that, the website is very fast. it’s load very quickly and the product images also. website desing is very good, quickly understandable and user friendly than the other sites I used. Giving any order is simple. Find a product is easy. the product description is also ok. But some products I have noticed that they gave not so much information which needed. they all ways deliver within the estimate time. One thing I want to mention boldly that there PACKAGING of any product is very good. till now those product I brought from Flipkart, I didn’t find any damage or defect. all are brand new with all extra accessories(if any).
At the same time the customer service and support is very good. also they gave a easy return facility and easy money return direct to bank account. If I say about customer support, I have to say a incident. Once I brought an i-ball wifi router and it damaged by my mistake within warranty. I tried to find a service center of it, but I can’t. then I write to them to find me one, which is close to me. Unbelievably they reply me with in 24 hrs. and solved my problem.
