"Technical Difficulty"

I had the most horrible time talking to one of their customer service executives. I placed an order two days back, paid for it and got the confirmation e-mail. I noticed that even after 2 days the status of order was "in process" while it should have been "shipped" after one day. I called their customer service and they said that my order was not even reflecting in their system.


A service executive by the name of Yasser, promised to check the status and give me a call back, which never happened. At the second call they are saying that they are facing a technical difficulty and systems are not working.


I wonder why their systems never stop working while accepting orders but malfunction when it comes to upholding delivery commits.
