Hey! Guys! FlipKart actually flips things for you. Their delivery time is excellent but you may not get as you booked, purchased. I recently bought a toy and sent to my niece on her B’day. since it was a b’day gift hence I asked them to do a gift warp and added my personalized message.
They Charged INR 30 for the same. However they delivered the toy without gift warp and my message. When I contacted their customer service their reply was. We apologize and as a token of apology we will credit 30 rupees for your future purchase... As a token of Apology??? It was my money folks I paid it not Flipkart. Their response are always poor and meaningless.
I am sure till the in India Consumer Courts are not fast tracked and they make them pay heavy penalty such people will keep cheating us and delivering poor service.
It left me with bad test @ Flipkart
