Cheat by Flipkart..!! Poor Service..!!

Extremely poor service from Flipkart.!


My wife had ordered one "Schwarzkopf Professional BC Bonacure Oil Miracle Golden Shimmer Treatment 150ml" on 24th November & we have received "Schwarzkopf Professional Oil Miracle Gold Conditioner 150ml" on 30th November. which is a totally different product(We ordered hair mask while you have delivered hair conditioner) & has lesser price.


Today, after 4-day I got a call from Flipkart customer care agent name Mr. Sachin from Bangalore team(Mob- 8037023158), but the result is same. He had not called me to provide the solution. Instead of that he was trying to convince me that you have to bear the same solution which we are offering you. If you’ll not agree, you are free to do anything.


Instead of listening the customer complaint, he was very much interested to share his(Company) grievances and limitation. His tone was very much annoying as he was forcing us for the unwanted solution.


Flipkart has delivered a wrong product to me. I have ordered hair mask but you have delivered hair conditioner(Price of delivered product is also different & lesser than the ordered product) without informing us. Details of both the products images are attached.


Now, they are telling us that the product is unavailable at seller’s end so we can’t give you the same product. We’ll only refund your amount.


I have already mentioned that I don’t want any refund, I want the same product which I had ordered.


It was not my fault .!


Flipkart now became a very big company and I hope that they must have more than 1 sellers for different product. If it’s not available at one, go for another and if available to anyone, search for new and provide me the same product.


If before delivery Flipkart or your seller know that seller didn’t have similar product then why did they delivered the wrong product at my place. They should have called me and say that same product is not available with us or seller so are initiating your refund. At that situation it could be possible for me to agree such solution.


But now, Flipkart has harassed us and not providing us the solution.


It has been passed around 15-days but no response from Flipkart yet. It is not a matter of Rs. 1500 but the customer centric approach they are having.


Extremely poor service. Don’t go for online shopping with Flipkart.!
