Pros:
Very quick delivery as they don’t use any third party courier (at least in Delhi)
Good site for reviews.
Cons:
No offers and sells the products almost at MRP.
They don’t have money refund policy and only replaces the items and In extreme case will give flipkart credit.
Nowdays more locally situated sites are delivering faster than flipkart. I do online shopping regularly. There are two reasons which I could understand why one goes for online shopping.
1) convenience to buy online rather than going to market and searching for the product of your choice.
2) Get more variety and at cheaper price.
I sometime ask people why didn’t they buy the phone or the laptop from ebay or homeshop18 or any other site as you they could have saved at least Rs 1000 as Flipkart sells almost at MRP. I agree they provide good service but there are better places to buy the product at cheaper price. I would say to check the price from other sites before paying extra to Flipkart without any value addition to your purchase.
