I have a personal experience, I bought a phone from flipkart, it wasn’t functioning properly so I make a call and they assist me, n noted the complain within few days the took it back n returned the money in e-wallet then I place another order.i m telling u this story because buying is easy from anywhere but most of the time its hard to replace or get the money back from any company.
