I ordered Redmi note 4 from the website this diwali, and to get a discount I thought to put my old phone on exchange. today only the man from flipkart came and after 15-20 of thorough inspection, He refused to take it. the phone did not have a single scratch on the screen. the display was working perfectly. they sensed some faults with the screen and denied the offer.
I am highly disappointed because the old phones aren’t supposed to be perfect.
When your phone is perfect and their intution says that the product is fine, then only the exchange offer works
