This is to inform that by mistake I had placed a wrong mobile seoection for exchange for motorola mobile and I had no knowledge of it even the courier boy approved the exchange of mobile and after 2 days the courier boy and 5 gundas of flipkart came to my office for cancelling the exchange of .Flipkart is an amazing online shopping site. It is like a complete package for all your needs. However, the sad part is that the amount of the product inclusive of the shipping charge will always be greater than the price of the product after discount . Also the refund policy is NOT satisfactory .
