I had ordered a bed table which was damaged, it took me 6 attempts to request a return. The pick up guys created a scene infront of my neighbours even when the technical issue was from their end.
Raised it to social media and got a refund along with an assurance that if the product is not picked up in 3 days you may dispose the same.
After 9 days, the pickup guy is calling me up at night and saying in a rude tone "main aapke ghar ke bahar hu jaldi se table de do", and using phrases like "to main kya karun fir?".
This is not the kind of treatment and management a consumer (someones whos not at fault) would expect from both the parties (the shopping app and the delivery company). Would never ever recommend flipkart!
