My first online product bought from this website. First they provided a better quality products but with time they emerged as a big company then after the problems started.Not only me many customers are complaining about the product quality.Recently I bought a pair of reebok sandles in which one of the sandle was worn at the tip.
Then I opted for a return then the customer service provider said that there is no such option! what? I thought flipkart has a 30 days replacement policy!
